How Paramount answers these
Fair is fair: here is how Paramount Behavior answers the questions it can, using only facts we can stand behind. Ask us the rest.
- Supervision
- RBTs deliver the day-to-day sessions, and BCBAs design and supervise every plan.
- Where sessions happen
- At home and at school, across Palm Beach County.
- Language
- Our team is bilingual in English and Spanish. The first call, the paperwork, parent training and sessions can all be in English or Spanish.
- Insurance and Medicaid
- We work with Florida Medicaid, including Molina Healthcare, Sunshine Health, Children's Medical Services Health Plan and Community Care Plan. We check your benefits for free, usually the same day.
- Waitlist
- We have no waitlist. There are openings, and we book the free initial consultation as soon as you call. What usually sets the pace after that is the paperwork and your family's schedule.
Common questions
How many providers should I talk to?
There is no set number. Many parents call a few, ask each one the same questions and compare how clearly and openly they answer.
How can I check that a BCBA is certified?
The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) has a public certificant registry where you can verify a certification.
Can I switch providers if it is not a good fit?
Yes, families can change providers. With Florida Medicaid there are steps to follow so hours are not lost, and our page on switching providers explains them.
