Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains what Paramount Behavior INC collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. It covers paramountbehavior.com only. It does not replace any notice or consent you receive as a client of our services.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus a little technical information to keep the site working.

  • Request for services (parent form): your name, phone number, how you prefer to be reached, your email (only if you choose to give it, or if you prefer email), ZIP code, your child's age range, the type of insurance, and an optional note. We use it to call or message you about services and to see whether we can help your family.
  • Job applications (careers form): contact details, address, work and certification history, education, availability, work authorization, references and their contact details, and documents you upload (such as a resume, transcripts or a certificate). We use it to evaluate your application and, if you are hired, to start onboarding.
  • Where the visit came from: the page you were on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source) and, if you arrive from a Google ad, the ad click identifier (gclid), so we can learn which of our pages and links help families find us. This is stored with your request.
  • Anonymous visit statistics (see Analytics below).

Please do not send medical details through the form

The parent form has an optional free-text box. Please do not put your child's diagnosis, medical history or other health details there. We will ask for what we need when we talk by phone.

Where your information goes

When you submit a form, the information is saved in our Google Cloud project and sent by email to our staff within Google Workspace. Only people at Paramount Behavior who need it to respond to you or to process an application can open it.

We use Google Cloud and Google Workspace as service providers to host the site, store submissions and send email. We may also share information when the law requires it.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp or follow a link to Google Maps, Instagram or Facebook, those services have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. This website does not load advertising trackers or social-media tracking pixels.

Analytics and cookies

We measure how the site is used with our own first-party analytics. It does not use cookies, its events do not include your IP address, and it does not record anything you type into a form. Like most websites, our hosting provider's standard server logs briefly record IP addresses for security, and they are deleted automatically. It records only simple events such as the page viewed, the language, the type of device (phone, tablet or desktop), the referring website, campaign tags, and whether a call, WhatsApp, email or form button was used.

When you arrive through a link with campaign tags, your browser may keep those tags for the length of your visit (session storage) so we can attach them to a request you send. They are not used to follow you around other websites.

How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below). Some records we may need to keep to meet legal or operational obligations.

  • Parent requests are kept while we follow up with you, and afterwards according to our records policy.
  • Job applications are kept for at least one year.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the staff who need the information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information you are not comfortable sharing this way. If you prefer, call us instead.

Children's information

This website is meant for parents, guardians and job applicants, not for children. Information about a child is only provided by a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Contacting you

If you check the consent box on the parent form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about services. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us at any time that you prefer not to be contacted.

Your choices and how to reach us

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact us at info@paramountbehavior.com or (561) 421-0047, or write to Paramount Behavior INC, 6145 Lake Worth Rd, Suite A, Greenacres, FL 33463. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
