Spanish-speaking ABA therapy in Palm Beach County

Updated: November 1, 2026

If your family speaks Spanish at home, you don't have to leave it at the door for your child to get therapy. The Paramount Behavior team is bilingual in English and Spanish, and the first call, the paperwork, parent training and sessions can be done in the language your family uses.

Who this page is for

It is for mothers, fathers, grandparents and caregivers in Palm Beach County who speak Spanish at home and want to understand every step of their child's ABA therapy without getting lost in English paperwork.

If you don't have a diagnosis yet, or don't know where to start, you can still call us. We walk you through the steps calmly, in your language.

What happens in Spanish

These are the parts of the process our team can do in Spanish:

  • The first call. When you call (561) 421-0047, a real person answers, in English or Spanish.
  • The paperwork with your plan. We explain which documents are missing and what each insurance or Medicaid step means.
  • Sessions. They can be done in the language your family uses. If you want your child to learn skills in Spanish, English or both, tell us at the start so the plan reflects it; the BCBA decides with you.
  • Parent training. It can be in Spanish, English or a mix of both, whichever is more comfortable for you.
  • Communication with your family. If a grandparent or another caregiver speaks a different language, we can also help you share the plan with them.

How to start

You can call (561) 421-0047 Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, message us on WhatsApp, or fill out the service request form. The initial consultation is free and we book it as soon as you call.

If you can, have your Medicaid or private insurance card handy. Then we check your benefits for free and do the paperwork with your plan. We don't promise results or timelines: the pace is set by the paperwork (referral, diagnostic evaluation and authorization) and your family's schedule.

Insurance and payment we accept

We work with Florida Medicaid and private insurance, and we check your benefits for free:

  • Florida Medicaid, with the Sunshine Health and Community Care Plan plans.
  • Private insurance: we can check your benefits with Aetna and Cigna.
  • The Step Up For Students (FES-UA) scholarship, which can be used to pay for ABA with us.

Where we serve

We are in Greenacres and serve families across Palm Beach County, with one-on-one therapy at home and at school. Find your area:

Does Medicaid cover ABA?

According to Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), Florida Medicaid covers behavior analysis for eligible people under 21 when it is medically necessary. You normally need active coverage, a diagnostic evaluation, a physician's order and prior authorization from the plan. We do the paperwork with the plan.
