Paramount Behavior (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the data accessed by our internal application, Paramount Behavior QuickBooks Data Connector (the “Application”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including data accessed from our QuickBooks Online account when authorized personnel of Paramount Behavior use the Application. The Application is for internal use only.

When the Application connects to Paramount Behavior’s QuickBooks Online account, we may access or process the following information:

We access this data exclusively through Intuit-authorized APIs, in compliance with Intuit’s developer terms and policies.

b. Usage Data

We collect anonymized information about how the Application is used (e.g., features clicked, frequency, error reports) to improve functionality and troubleshoot issues.

To display and analyze financial data in a consolidated dashboard for finance staff.
To assist in categorizing transactions more efficiently.
To generate custom internal financial reports for management review.
To reconcile QuickBooks data with other internal systems.
To improve decision-making with near-real-time financial insights.

We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with third parties, except as required to operate the Application or by law.

3. Data Retention

QuickBooks data may be cached for up to 30 days to support reporting features. Cached data is automatically refreshed nightly; older data is overwritten or deleted. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention policy and applicable laws.
